The study of objective and subjective factors affecting the dynamics, structure, level and state of crime, as well as the personality of the offender is one of the urgent tasks facing criminologists. The article provides a criminological description of hooliganism and the personality of a hooligan on the basis of statistical data of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the study of criminal cases. In particular, the motives, causes (factors) of hooliganism, as well as the specific features of the hooligan's personality are analyzed in detail.
