Annotatsiya

Currently, scientific research is being conducted in our country to identify the mechanisms of the hypoglycemic effect of antidiabetic drugs in order to develop effective antidiabetic agents for the prevention and treatment of endocrine diseases. Metabolic syndrome is a condition that includes a number of metabolic disorders, in which excess weight, hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia are common. These conditions, in turn, can lead to cardiovascular diseases and liver dysfunction. The main hepatobiliary changes in metabolic syndrome can lead primarily to the accumulation of small fat droplets and fatty liver disease (steatosis). In addition, cirrhosis of the liver and inflammation of the bile ducts of the liver can develop. Based on these studies and clinical trials, it can be concluded that salvifalin has great potential for improving changes in the hepatobiliary system and treating many problems associated with metabolic syndrome.
