The article is devoted to the treatment of acute purulent rhinosinusitis in children, which is an urgent problem today. 298 people were treated. Children are divided into two groups. Some were treated according to the generally accepted scheme, others were additionally prescribed topical corticosteroids. The high efficiency of Glyancet advance application has been proven by clinical and immunological research methods (endoscopic examination, testing of lactoferrin in blood serum, etc.).
