The article presents information about rehabilitation measures at the stage of conservative treatment of congenital hip dislocation in infants. Congenital hip dislocation is one of the most common congenital diseases of the musculoskeletal system and occurs in 3-4 cases per 1000 normal births. The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that early diagnosis and conservative treatment of infants leads to complete restoration of the anatomical structure and functional state of the hip joint. A 98% reduction in ischemic complications after reposition of the femoral head is achieved with primary closed reposition, complete abandonment of staged plaster casts and the use of functional splints.
