The article is devoted to determining the place of types of wrestling in the system of physical education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We are talking about their penetration, development, hygienic, propaganda, educational significance, effective role in physical training as a means of physical education, importance as an effective means of educating young people, role in achieving physical perfection by a person, prospects for the future, problems and solutions.
