Annotatsiya

The process of internationalization of the higher education system in Uzbekistan necessitates the quality control of joint educational programs (JEP) integrated in the conditions thereof. This leads to the actualization of the task of quality control of education, the indicative parameter of which is, first of all, the criterion of academic competence of students. The use of methods for processing statistical samples and calculating certain criteria, such as statistical average, median and minimum-maxima, has a number of advantages. Thus, it becomes possible not only to visually assess student performance, but also to compare and evaluate the quality of education between several educational programs, forming healthy competition among them in the educational services market. In addition, the methodology considered in this study is also applicable for evaluating such electoral criteria of the student body as general erudition and linguistic competence, which is one of the main criteria for ensuring the JEP, which is characterized by a system of bilingual education.
