Annotatsiya

The article discusses the analysis of the means and methods of organizing independent physical exercises to create a generalized methodological approach to these exercises. Any physical exercises are built on general didactic principles inherent in any pedagogical process: on the principle of consciousness and activity, accessibility, strength, visibility, systematicity. At the same time, independent physical exercises also have specific principles.
