In the studies deeply revealed pathogenesis of disorders occurring in the body of animals under the influence of a complex of physical factors: complex biochemical processes, which reflect the measures that prevent the development of violation of metabolic processes in the body. In the organism of experimental animals under the influence of a complex of physical factors develops a violation of metabolites of carbohydrate metabolism, - glycogen, pyruvic and lactic acids in the blood, the severity of which depends on their duration of action. The most characteristic metabolic shifts under the action of a complex of physical factors are a decrease in the activity of cholinesterase and an increase in the level of acetylcholine, as well as a sharp increase in the degree of decarboxylation of phenylalanine and histamine amino acids in heart tissue and blood.
