Annotatsiya

In the development of physical fitness of young people in this article pedagogical aspects of the effectiveness of the application of gymnastics, personal characteristics, activity motivation and sports results, as well as the possibilities of optimizing and accelerating the process of adaptation of gymnasts to the conditions of group activities are studied. In addition, the level of knowledge related to the foundations of the theory and methodology of Gymnastics has been analyzed.
