The article is devoted to the issues of organizing medical and preventive urological care in the Republic of Uzbekistan at the level of primary health care. The features of organizing urological care at the level of the outpatient sector are considered - existing shortcomings and measures taken to eliminate them. Large-scale shifts in the healthcare organization system associated with the implementation of reforms envisaged by the Uzbekistan's Development Strategy for 2017-2021, the «Uzbekistan-2030» strategy and relevant regulatory legal acts are noted. Promising areas for optimizing medical and preventive urological care in the Republic of Uzbekistan are presented.
