This article describes the issues of qualifying the crime of endangerment and distinguishing it from similar crimes. In particular, the difference between the crime of Endangerment and a number of other crimes, that is, articles 97, 99, 102, 266 of the Criminal Code and other crimes, has been scientifically substantiated. Also, on the basis of decision No. 10 of June 26, 2015 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On some issues of judicial practice in connection with cases related to crimes against the safety of transport and its use", the cases of qualification of Article 266 of the Criminal Code and Article 117 of the Criminal Code are analyzed. In addition, the circumstances in which a person may be held liable under the relevant part of Article 117 of the Criminal Code for non-fulfillment of the obligations set by the "Traffic Rules" have been clarified. The article presents reasonable proposals and conclusions on the issues of qualifying the crime of endangerment and distinguishing it from similar crimes.
