This article reveals the concept of the crime of murder or intimidation with the use of force, one of the crimes dangerous to life or health, the social danger of the crime, and the features of its subjective characteristics. The article also provides scientific conclusions based on statistics of crimes in the form of murder or intimidation with the use of force for 2014-2023 and an analysis of 30 verdicts of criminal courts in criminal cases, as well as opinions expressed by many legal scholars regarding the subject and subjective aspects of the crime murder or intimidation by force. The relationship has been scientifically analyzed by the author.
