This article analyzes the issues of improving the prevention of crimes against public order. Also, the article examines general social and special criminological preventive measures, taking into account the diversity of prevention of crimes against public order and the complex nature of detection. In addition, the article provides relevant proposals and recommendations regarding the wide-scale measures implemented at the general social level, which help to eliminate (block, neutralize) socio-economic, political and ideological causes of crimes against public order.
