This article analyzes issues related to the object of the crime and its features related to illegal handling of pyrotechnic products, and also studies the opinions of scientists on this matter. In addition, this article examines and analyzes issues related to the creation of the objective side of this crime, production, manufacture, storage, transportation, forwarding and use of pyrotechnic products.
