The article analyzes the general description of contracts for the provision of medical services for the transplantation of human organs, assisted reproductive technologies, as well as cosmetology and dental services, as well as the issues of improving civil legal liability in these contractual relations. At the same time, the issues of sustainable development in the daily practice of human organ transplantation, assisted reproductive technologies, cosmetology and dental medical service contracts in developed countries, improvement of civil legal responsibility from the point of view of the contract, scientific theory and medical service in daily practice regarding the experience of the countries of the world scientific views in performance contracts are highlighted
