The article deals with the regulation of medical service contractual relations under civil law, how medical service contractual relations are regulated, the main elements of a medical service contract, legal principles regulating medical service contracts, medical specific features of service contracts, regulatory and ethical control issues within medical service contracts, issues such as the following problems in the regulation of medical service contracts are described.
