The article analyzes the analytical basis of cosmetology medical services - a general description of medical service contracts, the role of this contract in the system of civil legal contracts. At the same time, the issues of sustainable development of cosmetology medical service contracts in the daily practice of developed countries, improvement of civil legal aspects from the point of view of the contract, as well as the experience of the countries of the world in this matter and scientific views on medical service contracts in daily practice are covered.
