The purpose of legislation is to define the concept and types of regulatory legal documents, the legal force and mutual respect of these documents, as well as to regulate relations in the field of planning, initiation, preparation, examination, approval, adoption, announcement. and ensuring the organization of their implementation. Legal expertise is one of the important institutions in this process. Based on this, today the category of expertise of draft regulatory legal documents is studied from a scientific point of view by researchers and scientists. Within the framework of this concept, proposals and recommendations are developed to improve legislation and law enforcement. Based on this, this scientific article provides a theoretical and legal analysis of the concept of expertise of draft regulatory legal documents.
