In the article, the author analyzed the state of personnel policy pursued in Uzbekistan during the years of independence and today, as well as the content and essence of the selection and training of personnel in internal affairs bodies and the opinion of legal scholars on personnel training. qualified personnel to carry out economic, social and other priority tasks of personnel policy in this area - their comments were studied and appropriate proposals were developed for the training of qualified personnel in internal affairs bodies in order to ensure the development of the country and a bright future.
