Despite the importance of international transport corridors for the global economy, their international legal regulation is characterized by some shortcomings, including the absence in international law of a uniform definition of the concept of international transport corridors. This article explores issues related to the concept of international transport corridors in order to identify a definition. The opinions and points of view of scientists in the field of international law were studied, international agreements regarding this topic were also studied, and documents of international organizations were reviewed. Attempts have been made to identify the main elements and essence of international transport corridors. The author's definition of the concept of international transport corridors is formulated.
