This article reveals the concept of corporate legal relations, the essence of corporate legal relations, types of persons who can be recognized as their subjects, objects of corporate legal relations, scientific considerations on the subject of corporate legal relations and the content of corporate legal relations, features of corporate legal relations, as well as proposals for the development of national legislation at the expense of foreign ones.
