The necessary legal framework has been created in our country to protect the rights of children. According to him, a mechanism has been developed for the implementation and protection of children's rights, which is reflected in the consistent work of state bodies and local governments. The Rights of the child – actively discussed the problem with both scientific and practical value. The article aims to clarify some problems related to the implementation of children's rights. The article presents the point of view of modern scientists-jurists on the issue.
