This article examines the approaches of Russian scientists to understanding the essence of corporate legal relations at the current stage of the development of legal science. For this purpose, the article defines the following research tasks. First, the concept of "corporate legal relations" is defined; secondly, the legal nature of corporate legal relations is determined. Also, proposals are made on the development of national legislation based on the Russian experience in the legal regulation of corporate legal relations.
