The article examines and analyzes in detail the literature on anesthesia for caesarean section, sedation, the psycho-emotional status of women during regional anesthesia, postoperative cognitive dysfunction in pregnant women, as well as drugs used for medical sedation and the current state of the problem in obstetric anesthesiology.
