In the article, the literature devoted to anesthesia during cesarean section, sedation and psychoemotional status of pregnant women during regional anesthesia, sedation at regional anesthesia, drugs used for medical sedation, monitoring of sedation adequacy, and vital signs of pregnant women in the background of spinal anesthesia and medical sedation during cesarean section was studied and analyzed in detail.
