In this paper, the author endeavors to identify systemic impediments that obstruct police investigations, prosecutions, and digital forensics interrogations of cybercrimes in common law and civil law system countries, especially in Uzbekistan. The author offers grounded, extensional proposals for further development of Uzbek legislation based on learning several local and international research, papers of specialized authors.
