This article analyzes the issues of improving the mechanism of ensuring the right of citizens to use medical services. The article is prepared on the basis of legislative norms on regulation of this sphere, opinions of theorists and analysis of scientific articles. It provides a systematic, legal, organizational and methodological study of problems arising in this area, and gives the author's conclusion on this issue.
