Uzbekistan is confident in the restoration of a democratic state governed by the rule of law, a just civil society based on a free market economy and a strong social protection system. The judiciary plays a special role in ensuring human rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution, strengthening the rule of law and order in society, as well as in helping to maintain peace and national harmony among citizens, improving the legal culture of citizens, increasing and improving the effectiveness of the application of legislation in practice. The scientific article deals with the organization of administrative courts and features of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in these courts.
