The article explores the problems of legal regulation of citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular the collisions and legal gaps contained in the Law «On citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan». Based on the study of advanced norms in the CIS countries legislation, proposals and recommendations were made to eliminate them.
