Considered the correlation between the legal regulation of conventional leasing relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the legal regulation of one of the most dynamically developing Islamic products in the world - Islamic leasing, Ijara. Evaluated the possibilities of applying the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regulating conventional leasing relations to Islamic leasing – Ijara. Considered the application of the most important provisions of the current leasing legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relation to the regulation of Ijara Proved the possibility of implementing Islamic leasing – Ijara on the basis of the current leasing legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and presented proposals for a wider implementation of this type of financial services.
