Annotatsiya

This article systematically examines the process of attracting investments from financial markets and the keyfactors influencing the enhancement of their attractiveness. The relevance of the study is determined by the volatility ofglobal capital flows, the growing need for institutional reforms in developing countries, and the intensification of competitionin international financial markets. The research analyzes, from both theoretical and empirical perspectives, the influenceof institutional quality, macroeconomic stability, legal guarantees, financial infrastructure, the level of digitalization, andinformation transparency on investment attractiveness. The results of the analysis indicate that investment inflows areclosely associated with the rule of law, the depth of capital markets, and the diversification of financial instruments.The study also identifies existing challenges and proposes practical recommendations aimed at improving investmentattractiveness and strengthening financial market development
