Annotatsiya

Purpose: The goal is to determine the significance of liquorodynamic disturbances in the pathogenesis of dyscirculatory encephalopathy.Material and methods. The study was conducted on 2.27 (118 men, 199 wives) patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy. The age of the patients ranged from 30 to 60 years (on average 60+-2.0).  Diagnosis of DE was carried out on the basis of clinical neurological studies and data from the following objective research methods: MRI of the brain, MRI angiogram of intra and extracranial arteries; Echo-ES, transcranial Dopplerography (TCD); lumbar puncture with measurement of cerebrospinal fluid pressure and determination of residual oxidation of cerebrospinal fluid (ROCF).RESALT: The results of a clinical neurological study showed that cognitive impairment and various neurological deficits to varying degrees of severity were observed in all patients. In 27 (%) patients out of 37 with the first stage of the disease, MRI of the brain showed a moderate expansion of the subarachnoid space of the convexital surface and cisterns of the base of the brain. Thus, the results of clinical-neurological and the above-mentioned objective research methods show that liquorodynamic disturbances in the brain, to varying degrees of severity, occur in all stages of DE and are one of the main factors leading to the development of hypometabolism in the brain tissue. Conclusion: Liquorodynamic disturbance developed as a result of cicatricial adhesions in the brain and its membranes is the main factor leading to catabolic metabolism.
