This article discusses the transfer of a deceased shareholder’s shares in a limited liability company to their heirs, various aspects of the right to participation and ownership in the company, disputes that may arise between shareholders and heirs, and their resolution by the courts with relevant examples. Personal authorial opinions are also expressed regarding the application of legal norms aimed at regulating relations in this area, along with proposals for amendments to the current legislation based on the experience of foreign countries.
