This scientific article scientifically analyzes the significance of social protection for state civil servants, social protection mechanisms, foreign and national experience in this area, and various views and approaches of scholars. Based on this analysis and opinions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the mechanisms of social protection of civil servants have been developed.
