The article analyzes the essence and specific features of measures for the special prevention of crimes in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the procedure for implementing these measures and their legal basis. The existing legal gaps and conflicts in the basis and procedure for the implementation of the special prevention of violations specified in the current normative legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan are identified and the ways to eliminate them are indicated. In this regard, proposals aimed at improving the existing legislation have been put forward.
