Annotatsiya

In this article, we explore the challenges and opportunities for improving effective teachingmethods and techniques for effective education and sports in higher education institutions. Withthe development of the educational landscape, including modern teaching methods, technologicaltools and student-centered approaches become programs to improve the quality and effectivenessof physical education. As a result, the effect plays the role of a digital platform, interactive teachingmethods and competency-based education in promoting students' active processing, developmentskills and long-term interest in sports.
