In this article, we look at the critical role of sport and teachers in promoting healthylifestyles among children. We highlight how physical activity not only supports physical developmentbut also promotes mental well-being, social skills and positive behaviours from an early age. Thestudy highlights the responsibility of teachers to promote healthy habits through structured sportprogrammes, active learning environments and motivating teaching strategies.
