Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy kutubxonalar faoliyatini samaralitashkil etishda aqlli boshqaruv tizimlarining o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Xususan,raqamli texnologiyalar, sun’iy intellekt va avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruvyechimlaridan foydalanish orqali kutubxona xizmatlarini optimallashtirish masalalariko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot davomida aqlli boshqaruv tizimining asosiy komponentlari,ularning funksional imkoniyatlari hamda foydalanuvchilarga ko‘rsatiladigan xizmatsifatini oshirishdagi roli yoritiladi. Shuningdek, kutubxona resurslarini boshqarish,kitob fondini monitoring qilish va foydalanuvchi ehtiyojlarini prognozlashdazamonaviy yondashuvlar tahlil etiladi. Maqola natijalari kutubxona tizimlariniraqamlashtirish jarayonlarini takomillashtirish va boshqaruv samaradorliginioshirishga xizmat qiladi.
