Annotatsiya

This article is devoted to the analysis of the sustainability of land and water resources and biodiversity of the Akhangaran River basin (Tashkent region). Scientific works from various scientific and technical bases on hydrological and geographical characteristics, soil degradation, the efficiency of water resource use, and the diversity of the plant world in 2021-2025 are analyzed. The main goal of the research is to summarize the work carried out in this area, the threats to land and water resources, flora and fauna, monitoring work, and the results obtained from them, and to comprehensively cover the impact of climate change, human impact, and the impact of economic activity in the field of land and water. At the same time, there are problems such as water depletion in the Akhangaran basin, land degradation, and the reduction of some biological species, as well as the need for rational use of natural resources, implementation of sustainable development strategies, and strengthening environmental monitoring.
