The article deals with the legal analysis of the crime of financing terrorism, the issues of responsibility for this crime. The views of foreign and domestic scientists on the crime of financing terrorism are also presented. On the basis of theoretical and practical analysis, as well as in order to increase responsibility, it is proposed to reformulate the offense of financing terrorism.
