The article discusses the legal framework for the restoration of the violated rights of victims of crimes and abuse of power, contained in the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in international legal norms, presents an analysis of the dynamics of acquittals in the Republic of Uzbekistan in recent years, analyzes problematic issues regarding the norms of compensation for property damage and moral damage, ways to solve them are proposed. Which, in turn, will allow the elimination of excessive bureaucratization of the mechanism for the restoration of violated rights, simplify and make it more accessible, efficient and effective.
