This article discusses the problems of restricting the rights and freedoms of workers when introducing vaccination against COVID-19, analyzes changes in national legislation, the procedure for applying labor legislation as well as foreign experience. The article provides an analysis of the legality of mandatory vaccination of workers, touches upon topical issues of further improving the regulatory framework governing legal relations in this area.
