The article deals with the comparative legal analysis on the basis of the study of criminal responsibility for illegal traffic king of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices provided in the criminal laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and Uzbekistan, as well as scientific research of foreign scientists on this issue. Additionally, as a result of comparative analysis, opinions were expressed on the compatibility of legal solutions of these countries to address issues in this area.
