Theoretical and practical problems with the conclusion of a fixed-term employment contract are learned in this article. Since employers are primarily interested in signing a fixed-term employment contract, measures to prevent unjustified conclusion of such contracts have been analyzed. As a result of the analysis of the existing problems, well-founded opinions on improving the legislation are given.
