The research work, coffee types were analyzed, their chemical composition was studied, and classification criteria according to TIF TN were developed and recommended for customs practice. It was found that the amount of vitamins in the studied samples of coffee products is less than the standard requirements, and the amount of caffeine in some samples is more than the norm, i.e. 2.5 times more.
