This article describes the study of the experience of developing the accuracy of strikes in traditional classes with 7-8-year-old table tennis players. The indicators of balance in a calm state, the volume (quantity) and accuracy of 30-second strikes, as well as cardiorespiratory indicators when bending the body forward at 90° are considered. The established physiological norms for children of this age are given.
