The article develops exercise standards for the adaptation of minersʼ bodies to unfavorable working conditions and maintaining stable performance of the body. In addition, the dynamics of minersʼ static endurance is presented in tabular form. A typical set of continuous classes in general physical training groups for all professions in the mining industry is given.
