The article reveals the need to develop anaerobic endurance from an early age and its stabilization under the influence of anaerobic loads in order to improve the accuracy of strikes in table tennis. It also provides data on the dependence of the accuracy of strikes on the heart rate and breathing caused by anaerobic loads.
