This article discusses the issues of spiritual and moral education of young people, in particular the influence of physical culture and sports on the harmonious development of the individual. At the same time, physical culture and sports are presented as the most important means of spiritual and moral education of the individual, as a means of consolidating the most important elements that subsequently appear in the positive qualities of the individual.
