The article investigates the technology of minituber production of potato using in vitro propagated plants under modern greenhouse conditions. The research was conducted in 2024-2025, evaluating the effects of plant acclimatization, substrate preparation, and cultivation practices on productivity. The obtained results demonstrate the potential for improving the technology of high-generation seed potato production.
